How many people can Magnolia View Cottage sleep?
‍Magnolia View Cottage can accommodate up to eight people in four bedrooms.

How many bedrooms are there at Magnolia View Cottage?
‍There are four bedrooms at the cottage, three of these are double and the other is a twin.

How many bathrooms are at Magnolia View Cottage?
‍There are two bathrooms at Magnolia View Cottage, one is located on the first floor and the other on the ground floor.

Is the cottage dog friendly?
‍Yes, two dogs are welcome at the cottage. To help save on packing, a dog bed, bowl and towel are provided at the cottage.

What is the charge for bringing a dog?
‍Dogs are charged at an additional £30 each. Please let us know if you are bringing a dog.

Is the house child and baby friendly?
‍Yes, Magnolia View is child and baby friendly and a number of features and facilities are included in the price and available on request.

What equipment is provided for babies?
‍A travel cot, a high chair, and a stair gate, are available on request and at no additional charge. Please note linen is not provided for the travel cot.

Is the garden secure?
‍The garden at Magnolia View Cottage is fully enclosed and safe for both dogs and children.

Is there a BBQ?
Yes, a charcoal BBQ is provided. Please note you will need to bring your own charcoal.

Is there WiFi?
‍Yes there is superfast WiFi at the cottage. (~60mbps)

Is bed linen supplied?
‍Bed linen is supplied and included in the price. Please note cot linen is not provided.

Are towels provided?
‍Towels for the cottage are provided, however you will need to bring towels for the beach.

How do we book the cottage?
‍Bookings can be made via the Airbnb link.

How far is the nearest pub?
‍The New Inn is the nearest pub and is only a couple of minutes walk from Magnolia View Cottage.

How far is the nearest beach?
‍Saunton is 10 miles away and can be reached in around 20 minutes. Croyde is 12 miles and Woolacombe 16 miles. In the opposite direction, Westward Ho! is a 13 mile drive from the cottage. All the major North Devon beaches can be accessed in less than 30 minutes.

Which supermarkets deliver to the cottage?
‍Tesco, Asda, Morrisons and Sainsburys will deliver to the cottage. There are also a number of local farm shops that are well worth a visit for fresh produce.
